Cushions Edges

Boxed Edge

This edge style is created by the top, bottom and side layer of fabric coming together to form crisp square or rounded square corners.  

Knife Edge

This edge style is created by the top and bottom layers of fabrics, which are sewn together for a slightly rounded or square corner and clean, modern look.  

French Edge

This edge style features seamed detailing and tucked-in corners, which are precisely sewn to achieve an elegant appearance.  

Flange Edge

This edge style adds extra flair, with a decorative fabric flounce around all sides.  

Welt Edge

This edge style features crisp piping on each side, protecting the exposed seams and creating a finished look.

Cushion Filling

Foam Filling

Medium-density foam fill provides superior resilience and firmer support, helping cushions or poufs retain their original shape.  

Layered Fiber

Layers of polyester fiber provide both a structured look and soft support when used as fill for poufs or cushions.  

Blown Fiber

Blown fiber fill is made of fluffy strands of polyester for a soft, pillowy feel and less rigid appearance. This is a popular choice for filling throw pillows and cushions.  

Expandable Polystyrene Beads

Made from 100% recycled expanded polystyrene, our EPS bead fill is an economical and environmentally friendly fill. It offers flexible support ideal for poufs and bean bag chairs.
